It is exactly this, your menu. Every couple who marry in one of our venues work with their dedicated chef to design a menu that blends perfectly for them. Whether you want simple and casual or luxury and formal we will create a menu that works within your budget and for your pallet.
Offering everything from delicate canapés, divine bowl food, indulgence banquets, right through to afternoon tea and hog roasts, the artistic chef team led by Karen will produce the perfect menu for your wedding.
Your tasting…
Each couple is offered a private tasting for two within your wedding package. This is your opportunity to taste the food, see the presentation of the dish, see the crockery and glassware that will be used on the day. This is also the opportunity to match the perfect wine to your dishes and of course sample the best Champagne or Prosecco for your reception and toast. Your qualified venue manager will sit with you and guide you throughout our wine lists so you select what is right for your wedding.
