The events team have partnered with culinary wunderkind chef Ollie Dabbous, in a cutting edge partnership that will see them offer special menus, devised by Dabbous himself, for select events they cater.
In case you missed all the uproar and abundant praise from critics, chef, Ollie Dabbous has made waves in the London food scene with his exceptional restaurants, Michelin starred Dabbous and Fitzrovia’s Barnyard, as well as recently releasing his first book. He is known for his simple presentation and clean, yet sensational flavours.
In addition to his own highly acclaimed ventures, Ollie has worked at such prestigious restaurants as Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons; Mugaritz, online ativan voted number four in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants; The Fat Duck; Umu; WD-50 and Hibiscus.
