Rum & Sugar, the Museum of London Docklands’s bar and restaurant, offers a British menu bursting with flavour and is ideal for daytime event catering or pre-dinner receptions with its extensive selection of rum and highly recommended cocktails. Taking its name and much of its styling from its original function as a storage hub for vast quantities of rum, sugar and molasses from the Caribbean, the restaurant offers a distinct backdrop for striking entertaining.
Rum & Sugar can also offer private hire for large events from formal receptions to informal events such as leaving drinks or Christmas parties.
It’s also a great place to just pop in for business or pleasure; there’s live music on Wednesday evenings and a DJ on Thursdays and Fridays every week.
